Habans Principal, Elisabeth LaMotte-Mitchell named 2017-2018 Achievement Network Leader of the Year

Each year, ANet Louisiana recognizes a student, teacher, and school leader of the year at its annual ANet Showcase Celebration. The awards are intended to celebrate specific individuals who have demonstrated notable growth and achievement throughout the year.

This year, Habans Principal Elisabeth LaMotte-Mitchell was named the 2017-2018 School Leader of the Year. The School Leader of the Year award celebrates a school leader who has demonstrated a focus on excellence and who has strengthened the school-wide culture of using standards and data to get breakthrough results for students.
