Monica Landry is currently a partner at ISP (Innovative Strategic Partners) and is the co-founder of F.L.O.S.S (F&L Organization Support Services) nonprofit organization. Their mission: “To help small to mid-sized businesses develop infrastructure in order to increase efficiency and organizational effectiveness through business consultation in the areas of Administration, Operations, and Finance.”
Monica is also the owner of ML & Associates Bookkeeping firm, a service for small to mid-sized businesses where she provides basic bookkeeping, accounting, and financial services to many nonprofit and for-profit companies within the state of Louisiana. She has worked in the for-profit and nonprofit sectors in Accounting for more than 20 years and served as one of the first persons to hold the position of Fiscal Compliance Manager at the nonprofit organization, UNITY of Greater New Orleans. It was there that she developed her passion to assist local nonprofits to become financially sustainable.
Monica is a graduate of the University of Phoenix, where she obtained both her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master’s of Business Administration. She is passionate about educating nonprofit Executive Directors on the importance of knowing and understanding their organization’s financials and financial reporting responsibilities.
